Portraits

"What I enjoy about painting portraits is to capture the essence of people; translating not only their physical appearance, but their personalities, emotions and characteristics onto the canvas, with colour, light and form. I capture that through observing, talking, drawing and photographing people, whether at their place or in my studio.
